How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We ask that all new patients arrive at least 30 minutes early before their scheduled appointment time to fill out necessary paper work.
We recommend that current patients arrive 10 - 15 minutes early before their scheduled appointment time.

What should I bring for my office visit?
1. Your current insurance card(s).
2. Your drivers license or other ID.
3. Bring your medications with you or a list of your current medications including the dose and frequency.

How do I receive the results of my labs or testing?
One of our clinical staff will contact you with the results of your labs or testing. If you do not hear from us within one week, please call our office.

What if I need medical help after hours?
If you are having a life threatening medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to your local emergency room.

What services do you provide?
We are a full service cardiology office. We provide complete cardiac evaluations as well as a full range of diagnostic testing. See Our Services page for explanations of our diagnostic tests.

How do I get my records copied or transferred?
Call our office and make that request.

How do I make a suggestion, compliment or complaint?
We are always interested in hearing from our patients. Whether you have a suggestion, compliment or complaint, we want to hear from you. We have patient comment cards in our offices or you may call us.

What are your office hours?
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Friday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
The Thomasville office is closed on Fridays.

Where do I park at your offices?
All or our offices provide convenient parking.
Our High Point office provides free complimentary valet parking at the Carolina Regional Heart Center.

What insurance companies do you accept?
We participate with many managed care plans. Please call our office to inquire about a specific insurance plan. Most plans have a co-pay and we ask that be paid at the time of service.
We do accept Medicare.

How do I get my prescription refilled?
Call your pharmacy several days before you need the refill and they will contact us.

What if I am having a problem or side effect with a medication?
If you think you are having a severe allergic reaction to a medication, stop taking it immediately and call our office.
