Dr. Akbary joins Dr. Tyson as Carolina Cardiolgy's second board-certified electrophysiologist. After receiving highly skilled training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dr. Akbary joined the heart center medical staff in January of 2003.
Dr. Akbary has participated in numerous research trials. He currently has affiliations at High Point Regional Hospital, Lexington Memorial Hospital, Randolph Hospital, and Thomasville Medical Center.
Dr. Akbary and his wife reside in High Point and are looking forward to being a part of the triad community.
