Dr. Vyas has practiced cardiology in Asheboro since 1988. He has served as Chairman of the Dept. of Medicine and Chairman of the Critical Care Committee at Randolph Hospital. Dr. Vyas was the first cardiologist in Asheboro to start doing cardiac catherizations and performed the first catherization at Randolph Hospital
Professional focus: General cardiology, consultations and management, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, stress testing, holter & cardiac event monitoring.
Dr. Vyas was also awarded a certification of appreciation by WHO for his role in smallpox eradication in India.
